A 30D ultra-fine thread solution from YUSI THREAD, developed for compact lettering, refined logos, dense stitch areas and lightweight fabrics.

Embroidery comparison: 120D, 75D, 50D and 30D
A like-for-like embroidery comparison from 120D through 30D. The finished result still depends on artwork, fabric, machine settings and stitch density.

Why 30D?

75D and 120D remain important specifications for many embroidery programmes. When an artwork needs compact lettering, fine outlines or a lighter visual footprint, a finer construction can provide a different starting point. Our 30D programme is developed as an ultra-fine machine-embroidery option for those detail-led applications.

Where fine detail becomes difficult

Small logos, fine lettering, dense stitch areas and lightweight fabrics can make thread choice and machine settings more sensitive. Stitch density, fabric stability, needle choice, tension and speed should be evaluated together on the intended equipment; a denier number alone does not determine the finished result.

A controlled process for an ultra-fine construction

The development path covers raw-material screening, precise twisting, dyeing and colour verification, washing and colour fixation, lubrication control, thermal setting, precision winding and machine stitch testing. These steps are managed to support consistent handling; final suitability must be confirmed by a sample using the agreed artwork, fabric and machine conditions.

Dragon Sakura and Sintech options

Dragon Sakura is positioned for demanding, detail-led embroidery programmes. Sintech provides a value-oriented path where stable production and sourcing economics need to be balanced. Tell us the target artwork, fabric, quantity and destination so we can discuss the appropriate brand, specification and sampling route.

Typical application discussions

30D may be considered for high-precision logos, small lettering and fine lines, lightweight fabrics, dense patterns and detail-driven embroidered patches. It is not a universal replacement for conventional deniers. We recommend an embroidery sample before bulk production to confirm appearance, machine behaviour, colour and care requirements.

Start with a sample brief

For a 30D discussion, send your artwork, finished size, fabric, required colour or colour code, machine type, expected volume and destination. We will use this information to recommend a sample route and confirm currently available specifications.
