What we process and why

An enquiry or sample request may include your name, country, telephone, email, WhatsApp, company name, delivery address, product or colour-card selections, quantity and message. We use correspondence to respond, arrange samples or quotations, manage business relationships and meet legal obligations. Do not include sensitive personal information.

How information reaches us

The general enquiry form prepares an email locally and is received only after you send it through your email service. A physical colour-card request is submitted through FormSubmit, our form-delivery provider, and forwarded to sales@yusithread.com. FormSubmit and the relevant email and hosting providers process the submitted contact and delivery details, IP address and technical logs as needed to deliver, secure and prevent abuse of the service. The website does not maintain a customer account or marketing database from these submissions.

Basis, recipients and international handling

Where applicable, handling is based on steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, and legal obligations. Access is limited to relevant personnel and service providers. Correspondence is handled by our team in China and may be processed in countries where hosting and email providers operate. Required transfer safeguards must apply where relevant. No marketing subscription is created by submitting an enquiry.

Retention and your rights

We keep correspondence only as needed to handle the enquiry and business relationship, resolve disputes or meet legal record requirements, then delete or anonymise it. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, withdraw consent where relied on, or complain to your local data-protection authority.
